How comes this is not eligible for a refund / return
Pack of Six cayenne chilli pepper ( glass bottles ) arrived today . The package was unsalted but two of the glass bottles were broken . Apparently items not eligible for return - why ???

Doesn’t taste like supermarket bought… has no spice!
I was hoping to save money by buying in bulk, but they just taste different to our normal ones! As I add a little to my coffee, to spice it up… I checked the date and they are fine, maybe they have been in a warehouse, stored away for while, as the flavour/spice just isn’t there…
