Gorgeous spa lounge chair
Fabulous chairs. SO GLAD WE PURCHASED!!! We followed other’s advice and attached bottom 2 slats followed by top 2 slats, then attached middle slats by stretching and sitting in chair. Easier with two people. Pre-drilled holes are minuscule and not always perfect so proceed with caution. Power screwdriver is critical. We treated chairs with Australian Timber Oil since they sit on our outside deck. Rocking action works best with bare wood but lounge cushions make chairs more comfortable.Pros: spectacular looking spa loungers with unique rocking design. Cons: thin slats may not hold heavier weights; very low to ground when trying to get out of chair; acacia wood may be more suited to covered porch or patio out of the elements.

Not happy with the warranty or return policy
The chairs are not sturdy for any person over 150lbs. The wood slats will easily break around the butt area when trying to sit up or get up.I have been going back and forth with customer service on this. I asked them to simply send me 3 wooden slats and I will attach them to chair to fix the issue. They cannot do this they said. They asked if I wanted a $50 refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement. They asked me to send the chair back - I told them I did not have a box and if they ship the new chair to me, I would return the old chair back to them in that box. They said they do not offer reshipment. So, basically they are going to give me $50 back, ask me to go and find a box, ship it back to them at my cost, which basically eats up the $50.Tell me people, how hard is it to ask the manufacturer "Hey, can you guys ship me some of those wood slats to use for replacement?"This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had on Amazon, and I buy on Amazon ALL THE TIME!I will not be returning the chair, and will find some oak, cut it down to the correct size, stain it and replace the cheap brittle Acacia wood that is touted as some sort of sturdy wood by them.I don't write negative reviews at all, but this time it is deserved.

Looks great for a temporary space
Don't bother opening the "instructions" - totally worthless, just look at the picture and you will figure it out. The first one took me an hour by myself. The second one took 10 mins. They feel sturdy enough me, but I'm a small 120 lb female, not sure I'd let just anyone lay out on these.Once you find the right body balance, they are very comfy. You need to be low enough to have some weight on the bottom half or else you'll just be massively reclined. But I'm also short...5'3"The short you on the slats by 2 or 3, which is annoying - if I was to do it over, I would have removed the straps from the slats and laid them out evenly from top to bottom. They are VERY nice to look at, super high end spa type furniture. If we get a heavy rain though...I don't suspect they will survive.

Stylish and comfortable
These chairs are comfortable and look great. Assembly was simple, but the instructions are not great. When putting together, attach the slats at the top of the chair, then the bottom. It will look like a hammock and not touch in the middle but it’s ok. Push down and attach the middle, then work from the middle out. If you don’t this, it won’t be easy to make it cover the entire chair.

Very comfortable but design flaws
The boards you lay on do no have enough support. We broke one the same day we built by simply sitting on it. It looks nice pool side, certainly needs sealed, and would recommend adding extra support underneath the top boards your legs would lay over.
