Replaced device is working well
Currently the replaced device is working well. 5 star is for the customer support n replacement in time. But the other device which came first had a issue. It got hot and spark was coming from the vent. As of now no problem.. newly replaced vaccum cleaner cleans well & no issues so far.

Faulty product in two deliveries
I had received the product in a day's time. When i opened the box, the lock of the removable compartment was broken and it seemed like an already used product. I had immediately raised a replacement order which got delivered in 2 days. However, the replacement item was delivered with a missing accessory (connector) without which the cleaning brush cannot be attached to the machine.I'm not in a position to comment on the performance of the product as both the deliveries gave me a faulty item which does not let me use it.Amazon return process - As per Amazon policy, they only do a return after the first replacement of the product. I had ordered the product on April 3rd and got delivered with the product on April 4th. Replacement was delivered on April 6th. Missing accessory raised with Amazon customer service on April 6th, they were investigating the case for 4 days and upon re-enquiry, asked me to raise a return request. Now the expected return is on April 30th. Being a Prime member, the faulty product is stuck at my home without any use for a month.Customer Service response - The customer service executive was not aware or was not willing to share the process to escalate the complaint. The person also mentioned that the customer should always choose a product which has more than 4.5 stars as rating. The interesting fact is even the 'Amazon choice' labelled product under vacuum cleaners have a maximum of 4.2 rating.Agaro customer care - I had shared a complaint with Agaro regarding the issue for which i have not received any reply. A follow up was also sent, but still no response.My overall advice is to not completely trust the amazon system to get a right product as this is the second time the same issue has happened with me. I still feel that the product performance should be good, but can only comment more if i'm able to use the product once,

Good but overheats
Product is good. The detachable accessories that came along with the vaccum is great. Only problem with this product is that it overheats. Have to wait in between to let the vaccum cool down.

It's better than I expected
It is a good and easy to handle product ....and the respond of from the customer care I also good ...mine vaccum cleaner's machine was burnt after some usage( 7months) ...but the product was replaced to me with a new one by the company ..worth buying this product .

Soma demo was good. Not used product much for now it is seems okay. I see too much heating issue.
