Rolson 60702 24 LED Lamp with Hook & Magnet

originally thought the seller had included dud batteries but since they were here i thought I should check them out and bought new batterys where upon I discovered that insulating strip had been placed between battery and case terminals which is the correct way to ship such products but not mentioned anywhere so could have saved myself a few pence. back magnet conveniently anchors to metallic quite firmly enough to operate the push switch bracing case between fingers, also hook is handy where no sufficient metal.

Feeling ANGRY.Seller stated the pack of 3 lamps came with 9 batteries already installed. But none of the lamps work - so I assume batteries are already dead or not installed. Am not unscrewing the back in case it stops me from getting my money back. Also - no instructions. Wish I’d checked the negative reviews before buying - but the positives were so convincing, and there were so many of them.Disappointed - and cross at myself. But furious at Seller. Not sure who it is - but I hope Amazon checks them out.Am returning lamps asap.

I can't judge battery life as we haven't yet had them very long, but I have no reason to suppose that point is a concern.We purchased these to replace an earlier similar item that had failed after many years of service. We were only actually seeking a single light, but the packet of three was a bit of a bonus. What I particularly like is that there are two means of affixing it to an easy-to-find-in-a-hurry docking point - either by the magnet or by the hook. For use in the kitchen, you may well prefer the magnet; for use elsewhere the hook is more likely to be the chosen method.

These are delightful. On receipt you have to undo the screws on the back of the lights and pull out the protective strip that prevents the batteries from working during retail storage. The magnet on the back is strong and works well. The hook is also very useful and I've got one of these lights hanging inside my dark wardrobe for use there. They are bright, a good size in the hand with well thought out options for hanging or attachment. I recommend.

Excellent little lights, came with batteries included (though you need to pull out plastic tab which isolates the batteries before use). While they are small they're very bright indeed! Bought for a camping trip, they have both a magnet on the back and a plastic hook that folds out from the back. Now I keep one stuck to the fridge in case of a power cut, one in the shed and the last under the stairs. They really are brill. I recieved proper Rolson lights when I ordered around a year ago and they have given me no problems.
