I love that the low setting on this dryer is truly low. I have fine hair, and many dryers' low settings are still too powerful and just make my hair fly all over the place and I can't really style it. I love the control I get with the low air setting with this one. Reason for knocking off a star: the diffuser is almost impossible to get off!! I've wrenched my wrist a few times trying to get it off, and I broke off one of the spikes bracing the diffuser on the counter to get some torque to get the dumb thing off! It's crazy.

When it worked it was a decent blow dryer. But after only 5 months it doesn’t heat up anymore. Don’t waste your money.

Leaves hair dry and brittle bc it gets too hot!

I have long thick hair that took forever to dry. This cut my drying time in half! So happy I spent the money on it.

I don't know if it is the "Negative Ion " or what, but my hair was a mess after I dried my hair. I'd rather use my old fashioned hair dryer. I will be returning it. The attachments are very difficult to take on and off. I would have almost thought you weren't suppose to use them. I was hoping by the reviews that I was getting a great hair dryer. It is simply not for me.
