Easy to use. Works great. No warm up needed. I placed it in my kitchen where it's easy to access as I use it everyday.

I've been using it 3 or 4 times per week for the past two years and absolutely no problems. It's super easy to operate and to keep clean. You could seal almost anything with this device as it has a long hot bar but I've only done popcicles and I have used various wrappers: plastic, PVC, and bio- plastic and none melted into the iron. The stick resist works. Simplicity at it's finest.

An update to my previous review, after informing Amazon and the company that I received a unit that was not new they were very prompt to take care of the situation. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service, so much so that I came back to change my rating. They were very prompt to make things right!Thank You 🙏1) It does not look like a new unit there area scratches and one noticeable dent in the metal.2) I followed the directions, and it sealed nothing,Because the heating element never got hot.I just read the reviews and I noticed that what I am experiencing is not uncommon.I ordered another one and it will be here tomorrow,I am hoping it will not be another Unit that someone else returned.If I pay for a new one, I should receive a new one.And it really would be nice if it worked.I did order another and it was indeed new, no dents, no scratches, and it worked.The new one said: “ Peel off before using.”The original one that I bought did not have that sticker on it and it did not have the protective coating. I included photos so that you could see the difference.Why Amazon or this company would send me a used one that didn’t work is a real mystery!If we pay for a new unit, we should be able to expect a new unit?

I appreciated that this heat sealer was inexpensive and easy to use. There is only one knob to turn the heat up or down and once you find the right setting it's very easy. Great for sealing cookie bags however it's imperative that you hold the bags in the heat sealer for a few seconds after the heat is off to cool down or else the plastic can get stringy.

For the price this sealer works great no problems with it.

The first one started to spark and smells like it was burning. I requested a replacement and they provided me another one. It says "it's new" but it started doing the same thing - sparking and smells like it's burning. The replacement started not to seal properly and burns the packets. I tried to adjust the setting but when I place it on lower setting it's NOT SEALING at all. The replacement seems like it's a used/repaired item as it didn't last longer than the first one. I tried to get another replacement but the replacement window on the second one was shorter than the first one - kinda odd. I don't recommend anyone buying this product. It is cheaper than others but also cheaply made - highly disappointed.

This little sealing machine really get the job done guys, i use this machine to seal my soaps before packing them
