I, like most of us, suffer from neck and shoulder pain. Using this 4-5 times a week is really helping. I can feel it pulling and I am having less pain. Hoping it will also help with the shoulder hump that is starting to form with age. It is comfortable to use, keeps your head in a good position. Highly recommend every one use one of these.

This neck pillow helps to relieve neck tension and/or pain. It is a wonderful way to stretch the neck and get relief when needed. It gives me great relief at the end of the day after my neck has had to support my head all day - especially when I was dealing with a whiplash type of injury. I often felt like I wanted someone to lift my head up to relieve the discomfort and stress that I would feel. A human head is quite heavy, especially to a neck that is not up to par. My neck is much improved now but it's still nice to have this pillow to use to just relax or to relieve any discomfort that I may occasionally feel. A great product at a reasonable price. I do highly recommend this pillow.

I'm not an expert, but I have tried many different treatments, including the following:- Various (at least three) posture correctors that pull your shoulders back;- Two different types of neck braces to wear around the house;- An Upright GO that takes consistent commitment and does not actually provide active support; it's up to the individual to correct their own posture;- And seeing an upper cervical chiropractor that used the knee-chest technique to restore my atlas (C1) position and restore blood flow down my spine (expensive, but worked...unfortunately my DC moved away from my area);- A massage therapist specializing in sports injuries.While not a solution or substitute for visiting a professional, the neck stretcher definitely helped improve both my neck pain by providing relief and improved my posture, so far better than anything else I've tried as far as devices and outside of seeing a specialist. Seeing the UC chiropractor provided much relief for the first month of weekly sessions; after that, the improvements were minimal but the treatment remained cost-prohibitive.The key that I've found with the neck stretcher is to be consistent. I try to use it at the same time each day and set my apple watch for 15 minutes, and that seems to be a good system for me. I definitely feel less strain on my neck and feel taller, but I have to be consistent: if I miss it for a few days, then my neck pain and bad posture return.The one thing I'll add is that I don't know enough about the science and design of the product, but I am tall (6'4") and have a long neck; not quite giraffe-y, but pretty long for a human. I've read other reviews from shorter people and taller people, and I can't help but wonder if that a product like this wouldn't benefit from different sizes, not unlike C-collars that are used in accidents and trauma (I'm a firefighter and pretty used to sizing patients).Not meant to replace medical advice or treatment, but after trying many different products and seeing specialists, I have no problem saying this neck stretcher has brought me relief.

This neck stretcher may work for some people but seems too large to work for me. I am about 5’3”. I bought a different one from another company that is smaller and it works better.
