Decent product, as good as seen on TV.
Bought for waterproofing layer on a garden waterfall feature on top of the liner. Have tried several of the other flex seal products, the spray was quick and easy, the caulk worked decently as well for making a fillet and sealing cracks, but this? This was awesome, would definitely recommend in my situation. Brushed on with a 2 inch brush, layed out flat as it dried. Great build up, and one coat is really all it needed. If you're sealing a water feature, or basin for outdoor use, this works good. Just let it cure before you let any livestock/animals near it just to avoid making them sick.

Amazing Product Seals Like Crazy
I had a problem with water seeping from my deck into the bedroom below. Every time a storm approached, I had to lay down plastic sheeting and hope for the best. Once I discovered Flex Seal, however, I stopped worrying. I reapply a coat every couple of years, and the sealant holds up perfectly. I even used it to fill in some wooden planks experiencing dry rot, and it seems to have halted the decay of the planks. This is just in my experience; I can't attest to this being an approved use of the prouct.

SHADES OF GREY
Here is my updated review of FLEX SEAL GALLON GREY product I 1hammer1 am changing my negative review of FLEX SEAL Liquid 128-fl oz Gray Dip Rubberized Coating. The SAME day that I published my negative review of this product THE FLEX SEAL COMPANY called me at home and offered a solution to my problem with the grey color WOW they wasted no time they have made me more than happy ( WHAT A GREAT COMPANY ) I have always liked their products the FLEX SEAL Liquid 128-fl oz Gray Dip Rubberized Coating is a great water proofer we have had water in our basement when it rained hard. We have done our whole basement walls and floors with this product this product will and does stand up to hydrostatic water pressure if it is applied in 2 to 3 coats, BUT we were told it probably would not stand up to normal foot traffic in our basement (NOT TRUE) we have scooted and pushed and walked all over the floor no problem unless you really scape hard on the floor but you have to apply this product properly clean the surface have no loose stuff and dry and apply 2 to 3 coats let dry well 2 to 3 days between coats also ventilate the area well. We had basement waterproofing estimates between $30,000.00 and $42,000.00 this product cost near $100.00 per gallon and we purchased 29 gallons from 1 source and 8 gallons from another source total =37 gallons est. cost $3,700.00 ( WOW BIG DIFFERANCE ) My wife and I are 80 years old and we did all the work by our self's we just took our time also after the 1st coat you do not have to wait till it is not raining to appy more coats because it stops the water from coming in, apply more coats for stronger protection and longevity I truly do recommend this product and truly recommend the FLEX SEAL COMPANY and special thanks to Ashanti Mckissic Customer Care Manager Swift Response, LLC for their super fast response to our grey color problem again thank you FLEX SEAL P.S. There are several other company's out there that could take some honesty lessons from FLEX SEAL xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx old review We have several different shades of Flex Seal Liquid grey in our basement now and we paid you almost a $100.00 a gallon here we are 29 gallons later with different shades of grey in our basement on our floor and walls we purchased these at two at a time and sometimes 4 at a time. There is no consistency of color sad.

LOVE THIS STUFF
I love flexseal!! Some people don't, and they are wrong. I held a concrete pool edge together for years with this stuff. Concrete was coming off in chunks, I flexsealed those babies back in place, coated the area, and it was fine for years. This can was used to seal a messed-up ditch dug across my asphalt driveway. "How do you mess up a ditch??" you ask. Well, my guy managed. I had to have another guy jackhammer part of it back out, then I coated the whole thing with flexseal. I expect it to last years, and if it starts to come apart, I'll put more on.

It works
This product worked great for me, used it on the outside of my basement window. We had a heavy rain 4 days later and no water leak. Highly recommend this one

This product has fixed the leak in my fibreglass swimming pool at the moment. The ongoing test will be to see how the flexseal stands up in the long run with pool chemicals, in particular chlorine.

Muy práctico, pude sellar el espacio entre una lámina de policarbonato y cemento por donde se infiltraba el agua. Muy buena compra.
