I can't eat regular cereals since they make my blood sugar go up very fast and make me feel tired. I wanted to give this product a try since i needed a quick breakfast and low calorie evening snack when i don't have time to cook. It is very delicious and filling without being too sugary. You usually want the second bowl after you eat a bowl of other cereals but that doesn't happen with this one. You feel completely satisfied after the first bowl. I eat it with oat milk. I tried all the flavours. My favourites are apple cinnamon and Berry. They are so delicious. Chocolate one doesn't taste like chocolate, it is little plain but my husband loved it. It is on the pricey side but i believe it will get better as they sell more product.

First of all, I like the cereal for what it is: a healthier alternative to some puffed crunchy cereals that are loaded with sugar. The flavors appear and taste what they're supposed to exhibit. However, I find that they can afford to amplify the vividness of the flavors and colors (specifically berry and chocolate) some more--I understand why the overall flavor profile and color are somewhat muted because you have to keep the calories and sugars lower than that of cereals that are not marketed as healthy and high protein. Texture-wise, they are pretty airy with a hint of graininess.I'm not the type to eat a whole bowl of cereal (trust me, I exhausted that phase years ago in my childhood and college years!), so I've been using them as a garnish for other dishes like vegan yogurt bowls and ice cream! Still, I prefer their savory snack products like their sticks and puffs. I would love to try their granola as well!

Calling all parents of "suddenly starving an hour before dinner" children...look no further, the perfect healthy snack is right here! My daughter loves the chocolate flavor and I love that the plant based protein and low sugar keeps her full (and quiet so mom can cook in peace, am I right?) without the yucky ingredients of your typical cereals. Can't wait to introduce the rest of the IWON deliciousness to my family!

I'm a huge fan of Iwon's snack products. This cereal, however, isn't my favorite. Nobody in my family cares for the taste and it lacks the protein of something like Magic Spoon. Compare Magic Spoon Fruity to this and you have 10 more grams of protein for just 20 more calories.I was looking at Special K's limited edition Pumpkin Spice, and you gain 2 grams of protein with Iwon around the same calories. I'd much rather eat the Special K.I think that a flavor improvement would add the value of being a tasty option while being more healthful than a typical cereal. Being that it just doesn't taste great, and doesn't offer much nutritional value, I'm going to actually dump the remaining 2.5 boxes that I purchased.

Love the iwon protein snacks, 5 stars on those. But this new cereal, now that I've tried all the flavors, stick all around to your teeth, like eating a mouthful of dry protein powder. Something is off with the formulation, because there are other organic high protein cereals and granolas that do not plaster all around your teeth.

I buy this cereal to use as a healthy snack. The berry flavored one is the best, I think. Great fruit flavor. I have also tried the chocolate flavored one. It's also good. I will definitely purchase more! Highly recommend!!

i add honey and ripe bananas to my cereal. it makes for a quick, delicious, protein filled breakfast. bonus for being vegan and organic~

I’m always looking for healthier options and loved when I came across Iwon organics and knew I had to try them out. I love how they are plant based. I love the chocolate flavor but wish it had a little more flavor to it.
