1007 Magnetic Switch and Outlet Cover for Toggle Switches, 6 Piece

I rent my apartment so I cannot replace the lightswitches, but I do have several smart lightbulbs. The bulbs cease to function if someone flips the power to them off at the switch, so these covers do the job nicely for the two rooms I have smart lighting in. The setup's a little awkward, but it's worth it to be able to have the living room lights match the mood of what I'm watching and to turn the bedroom lights off from in bed.This cheap solution for covering the lightswitches is cheap, easy to install, and it works great!

This made it so easy to cover our light switches. We bought bith styles for the different switches we have. Useful to prevent the lights from getting turned off accidentally by someone in the household with dementia. Also useful for our lights that are on a timer. The magnet is strong enough to keep it in place, but easy to move when we don't want it covered.

I have no idea why the listing says this works for outlets. It doesn't. It just flat out doesn't, at least not on the standard United States residential outlets.Anyway, these switch covers are great for covering switches. They snap right on and hold surprisingly well. you can knock them off but it takes a deliberate attempt and/or considerable force. They look alright and can fit on multi-switch wall plates without any problems. The only issue I have is the price. These are hunks of plastic with two tiny magnets. A bit steep for what they are.

These work fairly well, though it takes a bit of adjusting to get them to line up just right. Unlike several other reviews I haven't had issues on any of the light switches I've used these on where it can't lay flat against the switch plate.I do wish these came in other colors. These are a bit of an off-white, but don't actually match the color of any light switch in this house. A more yellowed version and, of course, a black version would work much better for helping consumers blend things in better in their home.Still the price isn't bad and they're definitely useful for keeping guests (or sleepy, forgetful people) from using switches that they aren't supposed to.

At first, I thought these would be useful for the lights switches that I get confused on in my place.......and then I slowly started converting my place with 'smart home' stuff--particularly, smart bulbs in my bedroom and living room and realized I needed something that would not only protect the lights from being switched off, but also to protect me from the involuntary temptation to turn the lights off.These were it.Magnets are strong. Rarely have to ever 're-set' where they were.

I was looking for something to cover my boiler emergency shut off switch. This does the trick nicely, easily and cost-effectively. I also put some on the light switches that are connected to my smart bulbs because my family can't seem to understand that they should always stay powered on. My one wish is that these came in different colors, because they really stand out if the switch plate is not white.

I bought these for periods that I don't want my light switches to be turned on or off, and this product is superior. It doesn't fall off when you pass it. Firstly, the magnet instantly snapped into place without any issues. Secondly, the color was a perfect white for me and matched my white light-switch colors(some other customers said they had off-white). You should definitely buy these!!

I was using a sticky note to cover the switches that my cleaning people kept turning off which messes up my smart home devices. These have great magnets that perfectly cover the switches. Also works just fine when it is a double switch.
