Hard granules
Pros: Includes Piperine, cheapest ArtemisininCons: Hard granule form that won't dissolve in alcohol tincture like normal Artemisinin.Other: Would be nice to have 500mg Artemisinin per capsule and no filler, instead of 100mg Artemisinin with Cellulose and Magnesium Stearate.

Quiet Guardian of the Immune Frontline- Digestion, Detox, Energy, Balance, Gut, Wellness, Resilience
Artemisinin, derived from Artemisia annua (also known as sweet wormwood), has a long history of traditional use and gained modern attention mainly for its role in antimalarial therapy. But in supplement form, it’s more commonly taken as an immune system and digestion support agent. This formula from Amalth blends Artemisinin with Piperine—the black pepper extract known to enhance bioavailability—and that combination actually makes sense, especially considering Artemisinin’s reputation for limited absorption on its own. The capsule is simple and clean, with no unnecessary binders or fillers, and it’s non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, and third-party tested, which adds a level of reassurance for anyone being mindful about what they put in their body. Each serving is two capsules, and with 120 in the bottle, that gives you a 60-day supply—pretty generous for a single-ingredient herbal formula. From a practical standpoint, that’s convenient. In terms of results, this wasn’t something I felt immediately, but after consistent use for a couple of weeks, I did notice a subtle uptick in overall wellness. Specifically, I didn’t experience my usual seasonal sluggishness or mild digestive irritability, and my system just seemed to feel more “resilient,” for lack of a better word. It’s possible the immune support claims have some weight, even if the effects aren’t flashy or easily measured. I didn’t notice any stomach discomfort or side effects, which can sometimes happen with bitter herbs, so the gentleness of this blend was appreciated. If you’re looking for something that may offer foundational immune and digestive support without stimulating side effects, this could be a worthwhile addition. As always, though, it’s a subtle player—not an overnight fix.**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:

Either contaminated or not mixed well
I take artemisinin regularly and I really like it. This brand will not be one I purchase in the future. It contains way too many unnecessary fillers and not enough active ingredient for the price. The bottle I received had most of the capsules with color variations which would suggest either moisture inside or the fillers weren't mixed in well. Either way, I won't continue to take them. I have included a photo showing the color variation inside the capsule, hopefully the photo is clear enough for you to see what I'm talking about. My camera didn't want to focus on it very well.

Where is it sourced?
This product combines artemisinin and piperine. While the company address on the bottle is listed as being in the USA, there is no mention anywhere of where the actual contents of the capsules are sourced from. I know that artemisinin is commonly grown in Asia (the wormwood plant), especially China, and sometimes in Africa. I always appreciate knowing what country any food or supplement comes from. The product comes in a dark plastic bottle and there is a foil safety seal on the bottle that you see after unscrewing the cap.You can research online about the health benefits or artemisinin and piperine. It seems like a good value for what you get.

Ingredients On Label Don't Match Those On Product Page
Artemisinin is one of those supplements I only take “when needed”. In addition to the capsule and Artemisinin, it also contains Piperine (black pepper), which is used to increase absorption. According to the label, there are no flow agents, fillers, preservatives, etc. However, the label shown on the product page shows this contains a cellulose filler and the flow agent magnesium stearate. I try to avoid anything with magnesium stearate as it can cause digestive upset in some people, and many manufacturers have stopped using it. So I hope the label is correct, and not the product page. There is nothing on the label stating which nation this is manufactured in. The label does say, “formulated in the USA”, but that indicates it is made elsewhere. It is made in a GMP certified facility. The label also says it is lab tested but doesn’t say which organization does the testing. The capsules are small and easy to swallow with no taste or noticeable odor.
