Honestly, what better protein bar than a stick of meat? These are tasty, packed with protein, and way more satisfying than your typical chalky bar. The variety pack keeps things interesting, and they’re perfect for on-the-go snacking. Simple, delicious, and effective.

I like the texture that doesn't get stuck between my teeth. Good alternative to high carb snacks. Is a bit on the oily side. I like the teriyaki flavor. Nearly impossible to find where safeway has them in a store as jerky products are scattered randomly around so I bought online. I liked the Oberto flavor better but hard to find these days. Package a pain to open.

Keto-friendly may not be very accurate as this product contains 6 g of added sugar. I also found interesting before ordering this product, the ingredients info didn't appear clearly anywhere until after I purchased...could be just me, but for some reason this seems to happen all too often shopping here on Amazon. Though these are made WITH 100% beef, they are not a 100% beef product. As soon as they arrived I opened the small box and reached in for an EASY OPEN individually wrapped FRESH snack and bit into one, so delicious! Yum! Yum! More tender and thicker than typical beef jerky, slightly smoky and sweet. I checked the package ingredients. SUGAR and YEAST are in these delicious things and a few other ingredients (see pics). Must be what makes them taste so good! They get an honest 5 stars for flavor and freshness, 1 star for value for the money. Though the weight is accurate in the description, the box and strips are much tinier and less impressive than I imagined they would be. My 3 star is for baiting this desperate Keto girl wannabe who was looking for a less sugar (better zero sugar) content snack. May every person on Amazon find peace, happiness, and good robust health.
