Very satisfactory

This handrail is undoubtedly overall a good product. Looks good, reasonably sturdy, and easy to assemble and install. However, the connection of the handrail to the support posts were not finished off properly on the product I received, and presented sharp edges just where you grab the rail at the top (see photo 2). I rubbed the areas down with wet and dry emery paper, which has improved the situation, but I can only give it 4 stars because of this. It’s been in place for about 3 weeks now and no signs of the rusting reported by some other reviews (despite a lot of rain).

Value for money

Easy to install and looks smart and substantial for a keen price. Suitable for level and angled applications ie on steps. Instructions would have benefited by stating recommended hole size for expansion bolts provided. I used 10mm and tapped them into a tight hole. 12mm too big for expansion bolt to grip. Overall very happy with this item.
