This steamer was well built and truly a high quality product! The stainless steel was a great addition. Growing up, my family uses steamers very often on a wok or a rice cooker. It’s great to get a set on my own. It makes health meals without having to wash too many dishes. I can steam the veggies, dumplings, buns, egg custard and rice all the same time. Saving lots of time!One thing worthy noting too is that the seller was very helpful and care about their customers. I had a question and reached out via email. I received a response within a day! I am very happy with this purchase!

I was mildly surprised - this is a really nice set!It's large, and quite well made. I've used it several times with no complaints.

I have been looking for ways to cook healthier that do not take a lot of time. After hearing several people talk about how much they enjoy using a steamer, I decided to get one. I'm glad that I did. It's easy to use and maintain. So far, I have only used it for vegetables and they have turned out great.

This steamer is the best! I love it! I love the design. The bamboo trimmed in steel looks very classy and the design on the chopsticks is beautiful. It’s very easy to use. So far I’ve steamed vegetables and dumplings and they taste awesome; and I’m so excited about trying some of the recipes from the cookbook which is included.

Hesitating to buy at first because there is no review. The steamer are nice and feel sturdy and well-made. Fits 14# All clad wok perfectly. Chopsticks and sauce dish are nice touch.

Lid did not fit the steamer and with the metal bands could not stretch it to make it fit. Bamboo was really rough and irregular on the inside. Arrived with the lid collapsed as the top pieces were not cut long enough to support it. Very disappointed. The chopsticks included were pretty nice though lol had to return.

First one received had serious damage to the lid. The seller responded quickly, and indicated I should return for a replacement. That is ok, an issue slips past QC time to time. I received the 2nd one quickly. The lid was not broken, but was not well made (many gaps and splits), and loose. I used it anyway figuring that it was the best I was going to get. First use the woven lid fell out of the rim. I was able to pop it back in. The next use and it happened again. The woven section is just too small for the rim. I am not going to mess with another return, this product is just not worth the cost or issues. Too bad as the 2 levels under the lid are the best built I have ever seen.
