When I first started growing my beard out (my wife and daughters hated it when I'd shave off the vacation beard so I finally gave in and decided to grow it out for good) I didn't know what products to order so I ordered a cheap bundle set. Through time and more research I learned that it is important to use beard wash over regular shampoo, the importance of beard oil, the difference between the balms, butter, wax and apparently they have beard jelly now too.But still I kept having problems flattening down the flyaways even with using beard wax. So I reviewed professional barbers about it and they mentioned the importance of using a good quality boar bristle beard brush. So I researched and read the reviews of different brushes on Amazon, and this brand seemed to have real reviews with a lot of positive reviews, and the price was right so I ordered it.As soon as I opened the package, took the brush out the case and brushed my beard ... nice-relaxing-this-might-be-a-beard-messager-too feeling was immediate. It just felt so nice on my beard and it holds very well in my hand - not to mention the case is a very nice touch.This morning when I did the oil and beard butter routine, the difference this made in shaping and taming the flyaways was night and day to the old brush! This one actually works!!!! I cannot tell you how relieved I am to see those flyaways finally ....fina-freaking-lly flattening down and shaping!!!!!

This is a very well-made brush and comb set. Perfect size for traveling and the included can protects the bristles from getting smashed while it's in your suitcase or in a coat pocket. The wood and bristles are of high quality and the build quality is also outstanding as I've had no bristles fall out and the wood hasn't split and the finish hasn't flaked off. Of course you never want to use this brush/comb on wet hair or in the shower or it will split after soaking up water. I'm surprised by how many people complained about it splitting or falling apart after using it in the shower or on soaking wet hair. Get a clue people.

Solid brush. Feels good in the hand. It's not too small like other ones. Not saying I have massive hands but comfortable enough. Wooden brush iis okay. Definitely helps to detangle the little knots but small enough to keep in a pocket or murse (man purse)

I have quite the quite the scruffy beard and this kit along with beard oil and conditioner work great. Like the quality of the brush and comb.

I stated to grow a beard and wanted a nice brush. This one is very nice. Handsome design and good quality.
