This roller is ok if you intend to use it on your calves muscles, do not try and put any body weight on it such as your glutes or back muscles as it advertises ! as it wont support your weight it will collapse as mine did. The inside is made up off two pieces of individual pieces of plastic which have come apart and is now in the bin Tried to contact xn8customer service several times on the phone number given , just rang out every time ! No joy there even ! .Waste of money.

I had owned this item for just under a month when it broke. Prior to this I was happy with the product as it eased tension in my back effectively. However, the roller soon began to crack under my weight, I'm not a heavy person (about 11stone/70kg/154lbs), so I was not expecting it to break after only a month of usage.

This roller arrived on time and well packed. Sadly it was rather harder than I hoped and quite uncomfortable to use. Perhaps it will be easier when my back/muscles are stronger!

Never has an item hurt me as much and still see repeated use.The foam 'nodules' on this thing are very firm and really do work out the knots of muscle in my calves but it is not for those who can't cope with a bit of pain. There are definitely less painful rollers on the market, but this one is my favourite in terms of function.

Product worked well at first and was useful.Broke in half after 9 months of occasion use. Would have expected it to last longer than that. This was outside of return policy so I could not return or get refund.

Seen the exact same roller in a shop for double the price, so glad I got this one as it was cheap but does the job and is so durable I love it, would recommend to everyone

A painful experience when using ! Don’t like this at all. Very hard texture it actually hurts a lot

I hurt my knee during a run recently and was advised to get a foam roller to help my muscles. What a difference. Love it. Really help loosen my muscles. Would recommend.
