Entertaining historical perspective
Light hearted it may be but the historical content is very solid and a very entertaining read indeed.

Good supplier, prompt delivery. Would recommend to other buyers.
I have not looked at this book yet as it is a gift for my daughter for Christmas. However, I am sure she will love it as she was looking at it online earlier, and she is into all things relating to "Hamilton - The Musical" and American political history. Thank you for such prompt delivery.

Recommended for anyone raised on the official versions of history
A refreshingly ubiassed look at the early history of the United States. At times, one might almost be reading about the shenanigans in Congress today. Recommended for anyone raised on the official versions of history.

Needs Focus - Happiness is an Outline
I was attracted to the book because I wanted to learn about Lafayette, and the book was praised as being humorous and witty. What I found was to the contrary. The book has no table of contents, no subject index, and no references. It reads as if it never had an outline. Admittedly, I did not read the whole book (I value time). After some 20-plus pages I had learned absolutely nothing more about lafayette than her cartoon characters, sprinkled throughout the book, portrayed. The "wit and humor" came across to me like the smart-alecky remarks of an adolescent on a field trip who thinks she knows more than the tour guides.I found no educational value in this book.
