Easy to hang and light weight.

I first bought this almost 4 years ago and mounted it on the outside of our pool equipment area facing the pool and patio. It's quite large and is the focal point of our lizard-themed patio decorative accessories. It's beautifully painted, very lightweight and easy to hang. After 4 years in full Arizona sun, the colors had faded to an overall silver. Still attractive, but I missed the colors. I was delighted to find it still available on Amazon. This time before hanging, I gave it 2 coats of clear polyurethane with a UV protectant. I'm not sure anything is really effective against the blazing AZ sun 300+ days a year, but thought it was worth a try. Looking at this makes me happy!

This lizard exceeded our expectations. We were looking for something a little larger than other lizards because we had plenty of room on the wall we planned to put it. Not many were as big as 30 inches. When it arrived, a couple of the toes were slightly bent. Fortunately, the metal is bendable and allows you to tweak any inconsistencies right back into place. There is a hook on the back for hanging. A tack works best. Then use another tack to make the lizard turn somewhat sideways (unless you want it crawling straight up and down). We put that other tack in between the right toes, which you would be hard pressed to see in the picture. It is very colorful but not overwhelming. This is an awesome addition to any room!

This lizard is absolutely beautiful, unique & a terrific price. Couldn't be happier with it!

Looked at hundreds of metal lizards. This one was the only one with colors that were true to it’s telling and the size is perfect t - not too small not too big and the price was cheap compared to others half the size

This is a very well made and colorful piece of art. I can't wait to put it on the wall of my house after it's done being painted. The only thing I could say about it in the negative would be that they should have put an anchor somewhere on the lower end of him so that it would be easier to hang him on an angle. Currently it only has one hook up in the head so if you were to put it on that one hook it would be straight up and down. Without the lower anchor it would be difficult to attach to a masonary house such as mine. However a wood sided house you would just need to put a nail to hold it in place. I'm very very happy with this item otherwise

I love the brilliant metallic colors! It really shines and catches your eye in the sun. I would have given it five stars but I subtracted one because of the packaging. Because it was not well protected, most of the lizards toes were bent badly during shipping causing the paint to chip off at the joints between the toes and feet. They were easily bent back into place but with the paint chipped off I was worried about rust since I have this hanging outside on my patio fence. I will point out though that after almost four months there is "no rust" and it really isn't that noticeable that the paint is chipped off. There must be some kind of coating on the metal that protects it from rust.

I bought this to hang on the wall in my rainforest themed powder room. It hangs on a very dark green wall and reflects in the mirror over the vanity. I was afraid that if the colours were bright, it would be garish, and if they were soft, it would be lost in the dark green. In fact there is a lovely lustrous depth of colour on the tin. The lizard is perfect. (It's also very easy to hang because it is so light).

Absolutely love my new metal lizard. Adds so much color to my current lizard wall. And pretty good price & fast delivery. Very happy with this purchase and will be buying more!!
