Brutal 🤩!

Tough case, great quality! For your gigging pleasure!
I've been searching for a good pedal board with case for some time. Most of the ones I liked were way out of my budget. I've had alot of gator products in the past and always been impressed with their quality so I was very happy to find the G-TOUR case, an amazing pedal board at an incredible price! Are there some things I would change about it? Yes, but given the outrageous costs of a board with everything on my wishlist, I was prepared to make some compromises. First and foremost I needed a study case that offered top notch protection of my electronics. That immediately narrows the field alot. I didn't want a "gig bag" type pedal carrier. It needed to be a BOX or road case, or at least have that option.WOW, this box is tough! It can definitely withstand abuse. Inside the plywood shell, carpeted in a durable felt are hard foam blocks which center and suspend your pedalboard in the middle of the case. There is an soft eggshell cushion on the top of the case that rests against the pedal controls. There is a MAXimum of 3.5" of clearance from the board to the top of the case closed (see my photos below). It was just enough to fit my ATX converted pedal power supply. I chose to cut out that area of ceiling foam to make it fit better (but it probably didn't need to be (I could close it if I squished it). Here are the ACTUAL usable dimensions of the board:LENGTH 24 inches (You cannot use the aluminum framing because it interferes with the case)DEPTH 11 3/8 inches (if just counting the black space), HOWEVER, if you include the aluminum framing (which doesn't get in the way of the case), you can get 13 1/8 inchesHEIGHT: 3 1/2 inches (Recommend staying below this so you have some "cushion" roomUnder the board there is a large usable space, best suited for cables or perhaps a power strip. Its dimensions are:LENGTH 24 3/4 inchesDEPTH 8 3/4 inches (between the hard foam supportsHEIGHT: 1 3/4 inches (probably not enough to store a spare pedal)Here are the GOOD features:-4 butterfly clasps, heavy duty quality-3 spring loaded handles (can hold like suitcase, flat out when stacking and also to roll)-2 roller wheels accompanied by rubber feet to stand on end if storing as such-All corners reinforced with ball ends-Storage below for cables (see size above)-MEDIUM amount of pedal space (this is not a Large board), so plan accordingly (see size above)-Pedal board with sutble downward angle from rubber casters (these could probably be swapped out if you wanted a steeper angle)-2 slide handles on board which double as extra protection from feet or "stuff above"-Comes with 3M Dual Lock tape (way better than even industrial Velcro), this stuff is awesome for attaching your pedals. They wont go nowhere.-Price for quality is superbHere are the NOT SO GOOD features:-It is not a LARGE board, if you're a pedal maniac this may not be the board for you.-No space under board to mount a power supply. However if you changed the rubber feet to something taller, it could be possible to put a voodoo labs supply under there.-No holes to route wires under board. I was going to rout some out and put wire passthru but I eventually decided I could get a clean enough look with just surface mounting the cables. I am using wire clamps screwed into the board($7 for qty 100). I figured less work, and damage to the board.Sorry for the partially done pictures of the my assembly. There is now a Dunlop wah, Boss CS-3 compressor, Ibanez Tube screamer w/ boost pedal on it now. I'm very happy for how things fit!5 stars, Highly recommend!
