Great seeds, almost all seeds planted germinated. Grew strong and nice heavy leaves. Also, a nice mix of types of chard. Would definitely buy again.

I just ordered and planted these recently, so I can't speak to much. I can say, these seeds had a high germination rate. When I plant my greens starters, I put 7-8 seeds per pot, hoping 3-4 will develop... these seeds every pot, nearly every seed germinated (don't have an actual count I put in each pot so I can give an exact germination rate), It was noticeable how many did germinate.If all goes well, I can report on how they grew and how they taste!!At this point I would recommend these.

Out of many Ohio Heirloom seeds planted, I've only had issues with 1. Not just this Swiss Chard but several different kinds. I'm from Ohio, yes but I'm planting them in my hydroponics garden indoors. I can't figure out why a lot of their reviews are so low. I feel safe knowing where these are coming from and nearby.

We have been unable to find any locally, so we are happy that you had some available. Small number of seeds per packet but this is a small kitchen garden, not a farm. Thank you.

I bought a bunch of seeds from various suppliers all at the same time, and planted them all directly into our planter boxes. Granted, we planted at a less than ideal time as summer was ending, however all of our other seeds had very high germination rates. Unfortunately, these seeds had an abysmal germination rate probably in the 5-10% range.Because I’m not the greatest gardener, we did have a fair amount of die off with our other seeds after they sprouted, but this review is more taking into account the poor germination rather than my poor gardening skills.

I am very happy with the germination rate of these seeds. They all sprouted in a reasonable amount of time.
