Poor quality metal
I was trying to cut meat and initially was impressed how sharp these were, until I used them. These lose their edge and become dull after a few minutes of use. Blade is very thin and won’t hold an edge. The steel will restore the edge but only for a few cuts. Very disappointed and sent these back.
