Are these packaged and shipped so they maintain their shape? I have previously ordered 2 of the same hat from Izus via Amazon & received flat/flimsy

The four hats are nested inside one another and over wrapped in a plastic bag. That bag was put into a shipping bag. There was no cardboard or anything supporting the hats, but the quality of the hat fabric is heavy, like denim, so they were not misshapen or crushed. We ordered them twice and all eight hats are completely serviceable. Frankly, because of the lack of packaging material, I was concerned when the first shipment arrived, thinking the hats would be misshapen, but they weren’t.

Are they made in the USA?
