Yes it is beveled on both sides

We don't recommend. it is for putting pizza, bread etc into and out of ovens, it's meant for sliding pizza in and out, although it's definitely been used in a grill.hope it helps you!

It is 12 inches, In my opinion, it's the perfect size,which are the sizes most families make pizzas for.

Rinse thoroughly with water. Do not soak the peel to prevent cracking or warping. Dry on a dish rack or hang on a cabinet or wall. Do not put the pizza skin in the dishwasher.

Dangerous, size smaller than advertised 12 Inches

I ordered this pizza paddle because it claimed to be 12 inches in diameter and that would handle the 12" Oven-Ready pizzas I buy from the grocery store and cook at home. I was very, very disappointed to find that this was not true and the actual paddle surface for the pizza is just barely 10". It is not worth the trouble to return but I advise anyone shopping for a paddle make sure the actual usable size of the paddle is clearly ad advertised.

Exactly What I expected

This peel works very well and is exactly what I was looking for. The handle is sturdy and long enough for me to use without risk of burning myself. The tapered edges are great and make sliding dough on and off the peel very easy. The hole in the handle is great for hanging it up as well. I am very pleased with the product.
