It's just bracelet but arthritis. I have them both my wrist but one broke because I have mood disorder and I was provoked and triggered through my phone at the wall and it broke just by throwing the freaking phone. Just one of them broke but the other silver and beads didn't. Yep it's worth it. I'm going to buy that again just to have extra in case it breaks, but I believe it's going to help me in a multiple different areas. I bought some different ones too. These bracelets do what they say they do, but it's according your faith as well. It broke about a week of having it , was not able to save any of it due being at the zoo with my kids

No pain relief at all! I don't even think they are magnetic. I have others that really work. But not these.
