Q: this says the ingredient is100% mentha arvensis which is NOT mongongo oil. the front of the bottle says mongongo oil.....

Back of bottle says: Manketti/Mongongo oil (schinziophyton rautanenii)

Q: Why must this product be rinsed from the hair? Can it be used as a leave-in?

Dear Customer,Yes, Mongongo oil should be used as a leave-in. We have directed customers to rinse it off because it has a distinct smell, that many have found to be unpleasing. We will be revising all labels to recommend Mongongo Oil as a leave in when used in Hair.Eleanor Aramand
