Incomplete item send which you can’t install
Very complicated to install it. All the required cable and on/off switch which is essential to install were not provided

Crumpled box, but unit intact and with instructions all necessary items to install
Needed to replace my old disposal. This item was priced right & came with all I needed, except for the cord.

Installation was easy enough. If you have a dishwasher don't forget to knock out the plug.
