Completely stopped working
Piece of crap worked for about 6 weeks and just stopped working. I've tried at&t and t mobile sim cards. Of course its too late to return. Really thinking about pursuing legal action. You can't even speak with customer service by phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Amazon shouldn't allow them to sell this crap on their site.

Not easy
I’m not not tech savvy. I know enough to get into trouble. This thing is neat and has limitless features but it was very hard to set up basic functions. They start with nothing and you add configs one at a time till it’s working. Adding static routes was the most challenging for me because most computers do it automatically. I just put 0.0.0.0, 255.255.255.255, and 192.168.1.0 for every interface and metric of 1, 2, 3 etc with 1 being top choice and now they all talk together. It came with some 2+ year old firmware so I had to upgrade that incrementally to get current. New firmware UI is much faster than the old and gets rid of some redundant features. I’ll update as I get more time with this.

Arrived with just one LTE antenna. Not a good start. **Update: not worth the hassle, returning ***
Right out of the box, this thing came with no instructions and only one LTE antenna. Will contact the seller or manufacturer and see if this can be resolved. My overall review: Just wanted to share if anyone is looking at buying the Teltonika RUT955. Long story short, I stay in remote areas that generally get AT&T speeds of 100 mbps or less, so I am always looking for and testing devices to get the most out of the weaker signals. Overall, it came down to the antennas; when I used the paddles from my Mofi4500 on the RUT955, the speeds were identical. With the antennas that came with the RUT955 were used, much slower and weaker. So, though the Mofi is far more capable, it really came down to the antennas for such a remote area as where I am. However, the customer service for Teltonika (closes nearest office is in Canada) was horrendous and useless. To start, my package arrived missing an antenna. In the box, however, was a random video capture device, an old and out of date device that had an s-video and rca connection. It was made to copy from a VCR or DVD player to a usb device that connected to your computer which would use their software to capture that audio and video. I suppose they ship by weight and somehow that got in there instead of the antenna, I don't know. It took a lot of back and forth to get them to agree to send the antenna, but 2 weeks later, nothing has shipped yet. Fortunately, Amazon tried to fix the issue on their behalf, but when it comes down to it, it was worth just sending it back. I'd rather not have to deal with Teltonika again. I actually like the modem a lot, but the order process and the lack of service will keep this entire company in a list of companies I'll never order products from again.

Great Little LTE Router Box
Worked very well with a Verizon LTE SIM Card that I pulled out from a MiFi Hotspot. I like the fact that it has wired Ethernet ports so that I can connect it to a LAN. Has many features that I have not tried yet (such as the automatic switchover from one provider to another).I do have a couple of things I would have done differently - the SIM card slots should be accessible without having to unscrew the back plate for the device. And, the instructions were not very clear as to whether we need both the LTE antennas (MAIN and AUX) if the MAIN would be sufficient. Likewise, it was not clear whether I needed both WiFi antennas and the GPS antenna to be connected.I primarily chose this over the LTE950 because I wanted to be able to put the LTE antennas outside. However, in retrospect, I think I would have purchased the LTE950 and just bought external (detachable) LTE antennas.

Poor performance - no technical support - appeared to be not a new item
While this cell router is feature-rich, it suffers from two serious shortcomings:1) When using it in a Failover setup, after a little time, internet speeds degrade to low-bandwidth levels which is obviously very frustrating. When rebooting, performance returns to "acceptable" only to degrade again in a few hours.2) Teltonika does not offer technical support even for new products and they are located in Lithuania. The only source for any technical support is from their "community" forum. That forum is very poorly supported judging from the large number of unanswered questions.I really wanted this cell router to work and spent hours making sure it is set up correctly! Its firmware offers the best approach to setting up a Failover system (in case the cable internet goes down). However, all of this is useless if the result is instability and poor network speeds. This unit could have been defective but given the lack of technical support, it is too important a component to risk. It also did not help that it appeared that this was a returned item (see carton tears in attached picture) that ere noticed upon opening the package.

Does not work with Starlink
Good router, but tried several settings to let it work with Starlink Dishy. Always slow down the speed to 20Mbit/s. No chance to get it faster. Had to return the router. I‘m not the only on with this issue. Teltonika Support doesn’t want to help.
