PERFORMS LIKE NEW NOW
I'm not a mechanic, just a determined amateur and "parts changer." After several hours of changing relays and looking for wiring faults, I removed the old solenoid and tested it in the shop with a fused connection to a 12 volt battery. The fuse would blow within a few minutes, convincing me the problem was actually in the solenoid. The best I can determine the "hold coil" had an internal short. I finally bought the new solenoid from Amazon and my problems were over. The tractor works like it should.

I purchased these item, it lasted 2days before it broke, got a replacement after 2 weeks, it came already broke! Save yourself a big headache! DONT BUY!
