Three bucks for mascara that make my eyelashes look natural and not scary? Yep, this is it.I'm low-maintenance lady but I need at least a swipe or 4 of this on my lashes before I go out. Some say I'm blessed by looking young, but that definitely doesn't help at the grocery store, when as a 30 year old, still get carded and get asked if my ID is fake. Mascara, I love you. You make me feel 10 years older (just kidding, not really). I'm sure ANY mascara would make me feel my age, however, I'm reviewing this mascara that I've been using for over 2 years now, and I say this magical swipe-y stuff is great.Anyway, this mascara stays on for most of the day and doesn't feel heavy or flaky. And it's three dollars, I mean come on.

I was in a rush to find make up and needed it to be gluten free because I have celiac disease. I looked up GF make up and the brand E.L.F. Came up, I’d never used it but thought I’d give it a try. Now I’m hooked! This brand is so affordable and the make up products are good! I was pretty impressed. I bought the Mascara and other products at a store then once I realized how good they were for the price ordered the lip stain in pink and nectar and this mascara. I get compliments all the time on the lip stain and it lasts all day! And all E.L.F. Products are gluten free! That can be hard to find! So comforting to know their WHOLE line is GF.

This is a cheap mascara- quality AND cost. I'm picky about mascara and go through too many tubes, Soni was hoping to find one that didn't cost an arm and a leg but works well. This just doesn't cut it. It's very watery, and I literally have to put on coat after coat after coat to be able to tell that I even have anything on my lashes! I'm a blonde, so my eyelashes are light, but they're long and full- most mascaras are quick to make them "pop." I'll probably keep this on hand as a last resort instead of tossing it, but that's the only time I'll consider using it- as a very last resort. I like some e.l.f. cosmetics, but I'd recommend finding a better quality mascara than this one.

I've been a loyal Lancôme Definicils user for 10+ years. I recently decided to try a few Elf brand cosmetics after watching a beauty blog video review. I have to say, I'm VERY impressed with the Elf Volume Plumping Mascara so far. It provides excellent volume which is what I'm after. The color is true and it usually only takes one or two coats to achieve my desired effect. It doesn't say it's waterproof but, I've had no problem with it running and it needs to be removed like most waterproof mascaras. It hardens well and lasts all day.It does have a couple of downfalls. The brush is quite a bit bigger than I'm used to and it goes on pretty wet and takes a bit longer to dry than my Definicils. I've found that I have better luck with light coats, going slow, and allowing ample drying time.If you can be patient with the application, it will give you high end mascara results for a fraction of the cost. This has become my daily "work" mascara and I'm pretty pleased with it.It's not perfect, but it is cheap and for $3 as opposed to the Lancôme Definicils price of $25, I can live with it.

This is good mascara and a very modest price. I go through mascara at an amazing rate, and I also hate to spend money unnecessarily. It's not the best mascara I've ever used, but it certainly is very good and matches other drug store brands in quality. I've paid much, much more for mascara that turned out to be almost useless. Therefore, I'd say e. l. f. cosmetics, in general, are really worth trying. Because of the value and quality, I have to rate it very highly.

I’ve used this exact mascara for years. It’s always great. No clumping and not goopy. I ordered from Most Anything on Amazon and after only 2 months the product is virtually unusable. Previous purchases have lasted much, much longer. Months and months longer.This product is either old or was stored wrong.

I really like this mascara. At first it is a little thin and the coverage is a little light but once its been used a few times it goes on much better. I really like how this doesn't get clumpy or feel heavy on my lashes. I also have very sensitive eyes and this mascara has not irritated them at all which is very important to me. I don't wear mascara a lot but when I do its important to me to not have my eyes irritated when I do apply it. This is a must have for my makeup mag and I will absolutely be buying more when it is time to replace it!

I bought this cause it had great reviews and was much less expensive than my bare minerals mascara. It doesn’t smear, but the brush and mascara are nowhere near as good as my usual mascara. Won’t buy again.
