Versatile Kit for Reverse Osmosis Systems
My RO system started leaking from one of the valve joints and I looked at replacing the valve only, but saw this kit with numerous replacement parts and decided to get this instead. I'm very glad I did since the issue proved to be the tubing rather than the valve. Using the spare tubing and cutting tool in the kit I was able to sort out the leak very quickly and replace the valve as well for good measure (just to ensure it wasn't the valve that had damaged the tubing). The kit also included extra lock washers which keep the push fittings in place, and I saw my RO system was missing a few of these so I was able to put them on all the valves for peace of mind. Glad I decided to get the multipart kit since it turned out I needed quite a few bits and now I also have more for future use. Just a tip - ensure you check the diameter of your tubing before ordering as it comes in 1/4" and 3/8" sizing.

Installed and works like a dream - I had to extend the connections between my tap and reverse osmosis from Vyair. It is the exact same diameter as the original hose provided by Vyair.

I needed few JG fitting and about a meter of 3/8 tubbing. It was cheaper to get this set with lots of spares that getting just the bits I needed.

I bought this kit to plumb in my coffee machine, the fittings are a bit hit and miss and i ended up replacing them all with John Guest for peace of mind. your mileage may vary.
