Great on cheat day
Great product to have if you taking a bunch of junk food. I use this and I saw my carbs actually turn into gains. I probably should get a better diet, but if you're someone who struggles with the diet while working out, this is a great purchase

This works
I've been using this for a couple months and have seen that this product works. The science is solid, but my experience shows me that it's effective. I first started by adding one capsule a day with no other changes. Over time i noticed unexplainable weight loss. Then I figured out it was because of this product. About two weeks ago I stacked it with Gains Candy Caloriburn at two per day with no other changes. I'm losing half a pound a day with that combo. No other lifestyle changes. Of course everybody will respond different to these suppliments, but I know it works. So far I feel no downside side effects. I just wish they didn't use that red coloring.

Not feeling any difference at all.
I started taking these and 2 other supplements that are suggested and I haven't noticed any difference in my workout at all. I am just gonna go back to Animal supplements again. I always noticed a boost and better gains. Alpha lion is a gimmick.

Anxiety peaked while taking this
not sure if i’m the only one who’s had this experience but i have a history of general anxiety which has been extremely mild the last few years but within about 2 days of taking this product i have been feeling noticeably more anxious throughout the day and this is the only thing that’s really changed in my daily life. i hope it’s not related to the gains candy because all the other reviews are solid and i love their s7 product but just a heads up if you get anxious this might be affecting you too
