What this product is excellent at: accepting (16) 1080p60 sources, and providing (1) decent-quality 1080p60 output. In this configuration, each source has a fractional resolution of 480x270. However, if you try to output 2160p30, only the first 8 sources (1-8) are displayed at the higher resolution of 960x540, while the remaining 8 sources (9-16) are constricted to 480x270. That’s the only real downside. It’s still a great product. I give it five stars because there is nothing else like it on the market at its price point and it is perpetually backordered, so people must like it! Edit: I am adding a photo of the RS-232 codes, that came included on a piece of paper with the unit, as others have requested them on other reviews. Enjoy!!!

Please address this issue.Also when switching from any full screen to 4 or 9., the audio reverts to input 1. The audio should not follow. It should stay on the last full screen selected.Your 9 Way Multiscreen QV 901 is more versatile. The 16 Way QV 1601 should have all the QV901 features plus extras. Please correct.
