Very useful product but many people in the reviews don't realize this isn't the product they were looking for.

This is a pure item with just ground Ginseng root powder with nothing artificial. So far I have been using this for about a month now. No side effects or any type of adverse reaction. And in this month I have felt a nice boost in my energy level. I am able to go more consistently during my workouts.
