update: 5 star if i chose to but no becuase you should read my review first
UPDATE: After using this its well worth the amout to pay for it, works as it should and ive droped it multiple times and still works!!soo this is great!! it works as it should, cheap but if u are adding a bunch this is a pain because it only allows you to insert one coin at a time and its kinda finky but for gift and cheap travel and or throw in the car it works great!! i have vending machines and counting the coins sucks need to invest in a better sorter buttt dont get me wrong for small scale like once a week add coins to this perfect !!The accuracy: is pretty good just dont add coin slow it will think its smaller or larrger amount than what is added,Easy to use: 1000% very easy to use!! the instructions on it to add and subtract the ammount got me stumped because i thouht it was press and hold both "+ & -" for 3 seconds but its one or the otherGiftable: ABSOUTLY!!!

Not Exactly Accurate But Does The Job. Good For Long Term.
It does what it says it does, holds coins and counts them... sort of. I had to redo them because sometimes it would read them wrong because its based on size or coin texture I'm not sure. So it isnt the most accurate but I think I'm within like $.50 of it being correct. I found a box of coins in my room which is why I got it. Theres some effort needed to push the coin in and it did make my fingers sore after a bit since you have to press the coin in.It comes with a little screwdriver for the batteries (which are not included youll need to get them yourself) so it isnt a hassle. It is a slow process to get the coins in because you have to wait for it to finish flashing and update the number for it to not miss a coin. Sometimes itll lag and youll think it didnt read it and manually adjust it and then moments later itll flash the coin and then you have to adjust it again. Its agitating but not the end of the world. Its better after though when youre just adding coins here and there rather than in bulk and knowing roughly how much is in there. I dont know what I'm going to do with it after though cause Coinstar takes like 12.5% of it if I exchange it. So I guess I'm gonna keep adding to it.

Auto Coin Bank
I like these automatic, counting coin Banks. They were purchased for 5 to 7-year-olds. They are tough BANKS.They work well with fresh batteries, remember to change or test your batteries often.Because I’m giving them as a gift it was nice to see the beautiful boxes they came in. I would buy from this manufacturer again.

Miscounts change
For the price, this was a great gift but since I first started using it, it has miscounted change. It’ll count pennies as dimes and nickels as quarters leading to a completely different dollar amount than you actually have. When adding the change, you need to know exactly how much you had and exactly how much you’re adding which kind of completely defeats the purpose of even having this thing. As time has gone on, I’ve had to resort to dumping all of my change out of the jar, counting it myself, and manually entering how much change I have because on top of misreading some coins, it just doesn’t read some of them at all. For mechanics and trustworthiness, I would give this item 0 stars if I could. However, it’s nice to have somewhere to put all of my lose change and it’s easy enough to record the proper amount after counting it myself.

Good for price
Best cheap bank you’ll find. Kinda tricky to get quarters in and it occasionally counts the wrong coin

My second one
I previously had another one of these and it worked really well. It was very accurate counting my change. My mistake was to leave the batteries in when I left AZ for 6 months during the summer and the batteries corroded. I tried to clean it up after watching a couple of YouTube pVideo’s but unfortunately nothing helped so I purchased a new one (a great price too) and this time I will be more careful about making sure theBatteries are removed next time I leave for any length of time. I highly recommend this item, but just be aware of that problem if you’re going to be gone for a prolonged amount of time.
