Genmitsu 24” x 24” (600 x 600mm) XY-Axis Extension Upgraded Accessories Kit for CNC Router Machine PROVerXL 4030 V1

I got this for the pro-ver xl with the 6060 extension upgrade from a 4030v1. These are aluminium, so they do have a slight flex to them. Once installed they fit securely and don't really move (except a little bit up and down due to flex of aluminium material). As for the flex. You can brace under the machine with wood or other material to prevent this. All holes line up with the machine. The slots are wide and sturdy enough to add most attachments like clamps. If one of the peices of the cnc bed gets damaged, you can easily take it off and replace it by removing 4 screws. I highly recommend this product.

I've very pleased with the extension kit. It was easy to setup. One lead screw was slightly bent. I contacted customer support and Bettina had a replacement sent to me ASAP. The lead screw arrived quickly and was easy to install.

Sainsmart has done an excellent job on this 6060 expansion kit. It went together easily, accurately and really increased my capacities. If you have a Prover 4030, this is a MUST if you want to grow. Sainsmart support has always been great as well. Hong always responds and knows his stuff! Thanks Hong.

If it's anything like the quality of the 4030 Prover, then I am sure I'll be happy with it. I only bought this, because it was a better deal than buying them seperately and I figured one day I will put it together to cnc larger parts.

I don't know why anyone would just use the 4030 when you can upgrade to the Biggest and best. Heavy Duty product. I had a couple small pieces missing but after fighting the time difference to get me message to the service department....All went smooth. Very helpful. I can't wait to to put to ALL it's capabilities. Good Product.

We purchased this CNC to do basic routing at our shop. Quickly learned that if you add a more powerful router head this turns into a beast. We can route up to 3/8" aluminum plates with the proper bits and still maintain an acceptable accuracy. Almost a year of regular usage one of the channels on the controller went south but customer service was very quick to respond and within a week we had a new controller board!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: 1. missing dust side aluminum guards. 2. WORST instructions EVER! 3. WORST service of ANY company ever. (Beware of doing business overseas.) 4. VERY cheap screws broke. 5. AGREED then REFUSED to match price of Amazon Day even though product NOT shipped! 6. Raised price from $373 less 10% discount to now $549!!!!!! Functionality: Garbage company and product

Nice strong and straight making a very flat table. Won't absorb moisture and was very well packaged for shipment.

Great for what it is. Although more optimal design choices exist like a ball screw with larger diameter, you gotta keep the budget as well. Package was very good , high quality all around 👍

Did take some lenghty modification and did not use all slats for a 1010 queenbee. Not the fault of Genmitsu. Product is sturdy and flat. Good product with easily replacable MDF filler.
