I was looking for a craft that would be relaxing and this fit the bill. I love to just sit there and hook the rug — it’s a very peaceful activity.The colors are lovely, the materials are sturdy and the directions (especially the instructions about proper color placement ) are clear and accurate. Just a great product — and the price is amazing.

As another reviewer stated the pattern printed on the canvas is not accurate and you must go by the chart provided. I am 11 rows into making this, and the easiest way is to count out how many of a color at the time and pull that many out so you aren't counting and worried about losing your count or which row or space you are on (by striking out which spots you've already done).The yarn...some of the yarn is cut top short and some cut too long. Hopefully what another reviewer stated with ending up with extra yarn is true.Also was hoping the colors would have been slightly muted, some are way brighter than I realized they would be, I get hot air balloons are colorful and bright but what the picture shows doesn't appear to be as kiddish as the colors of yarn.Also the edge spots on the left of the canvas are hard to work the yarn through because its easy to snag your hook on the edge.Overall it's a fun project to do when I need to try to stay off my feet due to orthopedic issues. The hook works well once you figure out how to use it.I'd say with having to rest your arms between sessions it should take roughly 3 weeks to a month to finish.

The yarn is either too short, splits, or both! I love to latch hook but I can’t deal with this very low grade yarn. I love the canvas picture but the more I do the worse it looks. Chalk it up to $20 wasted! I’ll never buy from them again. If you’re looking for a great latch hook I recommend using Yakoleci. The price is the same but much better quality.

all materials were included, and the pattern was correct, but the yarn looked *nothing* like the colors in the picture - it turned out so ugly

Very satisfied. Everything was marked. My only complaint was that Canvas was so faint that I had to rely on chart to work.
