Q: how do you attach power?

The motor has 2 terminals on one side. When they are inserted into the cradle of the lock assembly, the lock assembly had mating terminals. That is on a 2009 Altima and a 2005 Highlander

I used it on a 2009 Toyota Venza.

Q: will this fit a 2004 toyota seinna driver door ?

It's possible. I repaired my 97 Corolla, but your door lock may be a different design. I recommend disassembling the lock and getting the motor dimensions. Also some modifications are required, it is not a straight swap. Also l had to epoxy the drive gear to the motor shaft because the Toyota part had a splined section of shaft that the gear pressed onto. Hope this helps. Good luck

Q: Does this work on 2006 Lexus IS250?

You will have to open the door panel and remove the door actuator, then take it apart to see the length of the motor shaft. In my 94 camry that was a lot of work, 4 cables had to be disconnected and marked and working in the door panel with big hands not fun. My old motor had wires soldered to it, i had to make tabs to plug into the new motor, had to epoxy a worm gear on the shaft as well. All in all a lot of work, but everything works great now.
