This is a very handy and purposefully designed accessory for use during exercise. However, a note about size and placement. One of the images for the product shows silhouettes of a man and a woman, with a suggested use of wearing around the upper arm. There is NO way this will happen with an average adult man. I bought the larger size and, try though I might, the highest I could get it on my arm was about an inch below the elbow -- and then, it was very tight and difficult to insert a cellphone in. If you use it as suggested in the photos and description -- i.e., above the wrist area on the forearm -- you should be fine. But you'll never get it around your upper arm, unless you have toothpick arms.

My Pixel 6a fits perfectly in the cell phone pocket, however, the problem comes when you put it on your wrist. It is very uncomfortable to wear it with the phone in it. I am a small 114 lb person and regardless of which side you have facing up or down it is clunky to the point of being uncomfortable. I like it and I'm keeping it to put credit cards, driver's license and etcin but it's just not comfortable with the phone in it.

I recently travelled internationally and purchased the large size - not for my wrists but for my ankles. These worked great to hold spare credit cards, cash, etc. much more securely than socks do. I can take off my belt, shoes, socks, and empty all my pockets and still have cash/credit cards safe and secure. Of course, if I am wearing socks - then the socks help :) But seriously, as a way to help store backup cards/cash in pickpocket prone areas, these can't be beat!
