nice.
it was my first time trying it and I was surprised that it didn't smell at all. the texture was a bit weird and chewy but with fried veg and chicken it tasted good. It was worth to try something new.

Love this stuff
I didnt like the soba variety because I found the mouth feel odd but the rice, vermicelli and fettuccine excellent. There is no smell, the texture in those three are perfect and the fact it doesnt fall apart when reheated regardless of the time spent is brilliant. Love it and highly recommend

Good pasta substitute
A decent low calorie pasta / noodle substitute. Easy to prepare and with a good texture. Will buy again.

Kinda Meh...
Nothing wrong with the taste, but I wasn't a fan of the texture. They were better fried than boiled (with some garlic and a dash of Tamari) Regarding complaints about the smell, this is what Konjac smells like! Just rinse properly in cold water as directed and the smell will dissipate.

Not the same package
Arrived quick, was a bit concerned as the little sachets inside are plain and not like the picture. Tried a bag, rinsed it properly and there was no smell, fried it in a bit of sesame sauce and it tasted fine. You can’t really completely chew them, you can break in tiny bits but not completely. Has no problem when they come out either. Did a google search and seems some problems have real issues and so they have a warning on the label. A bit pricey for what you get is my opinion, but happy I gave it a try. They’re good and they do the job but don’t expect them to be magic

Keto diet anyone?
I have been on a keto diet for some time now and can no longer eat potatoes, pasta, and many other things. However, I discovered Shirataki noodles, then Shirataki rice, then this Fettuccine. It isn't exactly like standard pasta, but it is a pretty good imitation and allows me to prepare dishes that seemed impossible a few weeks ago. I recently made some veggie meatballs in a marinara sauce, served with this Fettuccine and it was delicious. The Fettuccine is a bit pongy when it first comes out of its watery container, but a quick rinse in a colander soon sorts that out. Cooking the "pasta" takes just a couple of minutes and when they are liberally coated in sauce do a good impersonation of normal pasta, but slightly more chewy. Excellent Fettuccine!

Amazing texture, taste just like normal noodles
Great texture - make sure to rinse to get the taste out. Really good stir fried with vegetables, soy sauce and oyster sauce

I’ve tried a few brands of konjac noodles and these are the best ones. They’re very close to real vermicelli noodles. The trick is that these noodles take a long time to prepare but well worth the effort. They’re very close chili shiitake noodles in the picture took 90 minutes. The noodles boiled for 30 minutes and then simmered for 60 minutes in the chili shiitake mushroom sauce. I served it with fresh green onion and sesame seeds.

I first tried the Angel Hair version, and never diverted from it; until that became out-of-stock. This Fettuccini version is better, I find. It's very satisfying and soaks up whatever flavours you throw on it. First thing I tried with these noodles was - stir-fried veg, herbs and sausages with home-made pasta sauce. Yummy! (For lack of a better word). Loved it so much, I made more the next day and demolished it. I did not experience any 'chewiness' as complained by others, nor any funny smell - and I am usually sensitive to such issues. The best thing about these noodles (beside the amazing nutritional value) is how well they withstand being "cooked" in sauces, without losing their texture -- unlike any other noodles I've ever tried, in fact...

Decided to try these as a comparison to the Miracle brand. Cost less but pack is 6.7 oz vs 8 oz. No odor noticed. Net carbs the same. Seems to be a bit more al dente than the Miracle brand, but not off putting Absorbs flavor about the same. Tried both in making chicken noodle soup.
