I love the taste

I was looking for a B complex formula that had a reasonable dose of vitamin B12. So many supplements contain thousands of times the RMA. I also wanted the B12 as methylcobalamin, which is hard to find. I didn't want to flood my body with massive amounts of B vitamins. To be clear, I'm an adult, but this Kid's formula was exactly what I was looking for. The tablets are small and easy to swallow and they do not have that typical B-vitamin stink. They have a faint but pleasant mildly malty smell.

I have ordered this product from Amazon more than once, and both times, it was fresh and in tact. The B12 chews are absolutely delicious if you like ginger, and they do seem to produce a boost of energy. I take them in the afternoons when I'm feeling like I'm starting to get into a slump. They do seem to help.

I’ve been taking two of these a day for 3, maybe 4, months now. First of all, I LOVE the taste and wish I could eat a handful at a time. They are delicious. Second, I get blood work done every 2-3 weeks and my b12 went from well below “normal” to now being on the high end of “normal”. I am super impressed. The price is great for a months supply. I’ve tried several b12 supplements in the past and none compared to the quality of these.
