I love these patches. I use them on the bottoms of My feet when I go to bed. They stay on once you are in bed. Gives a small amount of the supplement. I have only used these for 30 days now so I will know for sure how they are working after about 8 weeks.

Becareful...
I had wicked headaches anytime I used this. While I understand supplements affect people differently, this was over the top. I don't get headaches often either. I wore a patch and had a migraine. Took a 2 day break and tried it again. I had another migraine.Also, it's not eligible for return/refund. Just some things to keep in mind if you purchase.

Not worth it?
Not sure this product was worth it. Some of the patches fell off easily, while others hurt when peeling off. And they had zero effect on liver labs or how I was feeling.Not recommended.
