Fact: Interesting how this Omega 6 acts more like an Omega 3.The Jury is Still Out: I am not sure if it is helping my adult son's light eczema, but it does not do any harm.

This helps with low back pain - I take it as a maintenance dose. Seems like a decent retail brand.

After reading several articles abt woman’s hair loss and thinning, decided to give this a try.I do believe and have evidence of less hair loss in the drain catch..it works..however, you musttake one gel cap twice a day and remain consistent to get results (I goofed around and stopped as soon as I saw improvement) I learned my lesson..yep only works if you take it!

I've always had fine hair and not a lot of it, but I didn't really do anything about it until my dermatologist commented on it during my annual visit in August of 2011. She said it looked like I had thinning hair in the front and at the time, it freaked me out, since I was only 23! I shouldn't/couldn't be possibly balding at such a young age! She suggested I start taking 3000 mcg of Biotin daily to help thicken my hair. Okay, cool. I started taking 2500 mcg of Biotin since you can't find 3000 mcg by itself. I've been taking that pretty faithfully since then, but never really knew if it was doing much for me. Several times I've almost quit taking it, but haven't since I don't know what will happen if I do.In November of 2012, I switched salons & hair stylists. When I was expressing my concern about my fine, thin hair, my stylist mentioned that she had heard of black currant oil on Dr. Oz as something that can help thicken hair. Of course, as soon as I got home that night I immediately came on Amazon, read the reviews for this product, and ordered a bottle. I figured I didn't have anything to lose and it wasn't that expensive for a three month supply, so why not?I have been taking this product every day (with a few missed days in between... I'm bad about taking my vitamins on the weekends) since December 5, 2012, so just over two months now. It seemed like it was helping, but when I went to my stylist today and mentioned that I had been taking black currant oil like she suggested and said I wasn't sure if it was doing anything, she said she could see a lot of baby hairs that looked like new growth, especially in the back where I can't see. So that's pretty encouraging. Aside from this, I take Now Foods Eve, Women's Multi, Softgels, 180-Count which contains Evening Primrose Oil (serving size 3 softgels, I take 2 a day), along with Nature Made Biotin 2500mcg, Softgels, 90-Count & Now Foods Super Omega 3-6-9 Soft-gels, 1200Mg, 180-Count, which I'm sure all work in concert to help my hair. I am convinced that this product works because the baby hair new growth didn't come around until after I started taking the black currant oil. I think I may even order a bottle for my 67-year-old mother-in-law, who struggles with thinning hair and also takes Biotin. I'd definitely recommend this product.

Like many others, I started taking this product for improvement on my hair's thickness after watching Dr. Oz. I take 1 pill in the morning and 1 at night for a total of 1000 mg a day. Aware that it could take up to three months, I was patiently waiting for my hair to be thicker. A surprise for me was that after about a month of taking this pill everyday I noticed that my mood was a lot more balanced. I am a 34 year old female with heavy cycles, endometriosis, and strong PMS. I can get pretty mean during hormonal shifts! I have now been taking this product since 9/2012. My skin did break out initially while taking this product with cystic-like acne which was something that was hard to experience. The acne cleared up relatively fast. I kept taking it because of my mood improvements and because I had not been taking it very long so I wanted to give it a chance to work. When the 3 month mark hit, I noticed that my skin cleared and rarely blemished. My hair is much thicker and I clean up less hair in my bathroom. (I have very long black hair so it is hard to miss it when it sheds). The most important thing for me now though is the drastic improvement to my moods. I did read that it is a treatment for prostaglandin deficiency which contributes to PMS and moodiness. I would recommend this for hair and skin improvement, and hormonal imbalance. I subscribe and have it shipped automatically which works very well.

I am super impressed!, I honestly wasn't expecting this results, it really works and fast!, I haven't checked with lab results but I feel wonderful it does what it says and it's fast acting, I take other supplements and I noticed right away this supplement doing its work on what the others were lacking.
