Good stuff!
Love it! It thickens liquids with no change to flavor but you have to make sure to consistently stir/whisk because it will clump if you’re not paying attention. I’ve made several gravies that I will definitely make again! (Sorry it’s not a great example!)

Great product at a great price!
I have been ordering this Xanthan Gum since my son has a gluten sensitivity and I started baking alot of my own gluten free breads for him at home. Works great and the price is much better from Xanthan Gum I purchase at the supermarket. I liked it so much I bought a double pack after trying one bottle first. I also purchased their brand of Guar Gum and liked that as well.
