Every sushi maker/Japanese cook needs one
This works really great and keeps the sushi rice nice and fresh for a long time. It's a very useful size for mixing, seasoning & prepping sushi. It took me a while to decide to get it but I'm glad I did. It cleans up easily and dries quickly. It adds an "authentic" feel to my sushi making. I make sushi a couple of times a month and it gets plenty of use and is holding up well.

Make Sushi Rice? Get this one.
Very pleased with this purchase. Well made and works terrific. Be sure to soak it in a mild rice vinegar/water solution for about an hour at first. Then, once it dries, before each use wet it down. You will love it.
