I like having some type of boost before heading to the gym and C4 is one of the better for that. The Orange Slice flavor is OK and you can often get it discounted. The Fruit Punch is by far the best flavor I've tried but is usually the most expensive. I like the energy that I get from the product and find it to be effective. The yellow bottles/cans contain 200 mg of caffeine and large amounts of Vitamin B. I have gone from drinking a full bottle to half a bottle before working out and that seems to do the job. My only watch out is to be smart if you are caffeine sensitive because this will stay with you for a few hours. Otherwise good product.

First let me say how impressed I am with how quickly the product was received. The taste is amazing and gives you the extra boost that you need when working out without the crazy jittery side effect. Definitely recommend!

It gets me going every time I workout and I get focused thanks to it’s effectiveness and it’s content with its caffeine.

Perfect for chugging right before a lift sesh. No carbonation means it's like juice. The bottles are solid. The flavor is better than mixing the actual pre. I sometimes get a little tingly, but it goes away quickly. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to make a good time great.

The taste is pretty good, you can kind of get that artificial watermelon flavour which I'm not totally against. I find the C4 tends to kick in quickly and give me a surge to crush a workout. I find these pre-workout C4 to really give a little extra boost for lifting as opposed to the normal style. This being said I think the orange slice is the better of the two flavours - it tastes a tiny bit more natural (which I'm sure it's not) and isn't too sweet and artificial like fruit punch. Orange Slice is also often discounted which is a huge bonus. What I enjoy the most for these smaller bottles is they're a quick drink to have before heading to the gym and it doesn't give you the urge to pee the whole time you're trying to get your workout in.

Great product, great transaction. How it should be.

This is good if you want to avoid the fizz of the carbonated versions but something is lost in the formulation that I can't explain. It feels a bit too sweet and I immediately decided I would not buy more and go back to carbonated.
