It really helps!
I bought this water bottle for my husband because he would go outside to work on the yard or do some kind of outdoor project and comeback in from dehydration and heat exhaustion. I had bought myself one previously to help me with my intake and it really helped me so I thought I would buy him one and see if it helps. My husband loves it and comes in after he has been working outside and he drank 3 of these bottles. I highly recommend buying one of these bottles if you have trouble drinking enough water.

Sturdy!
Mine broke today but I have to give this thing props! I have dropped it numerous times & it’s withstood all of it until today when I threw it in the car floor slamming on breaks & the little connector on the handle had enough lol but importantly the cap didn’t break spilling water - just the handle. Ordering a new one today. Highly recommend. (Plus I love the free suck straws & not the suction suck straws so that’s a bonus for me!)

Love it, very functional
I love this water bottle. It is comically oversized but works great for all day use. It's easy to clean, fill, carry, and drink from.

I love my bottle!
I love this bottle because it really helps me drink the amount of water I’m supposed to be drinking. BUT when it’s on it’s side, it does in fact leak, EVERY SINGLE TIME. So as long as you have the bottle upright, you should be fine. Also don’t drop it on the ground outside. It will break or scratch up your bottle very easily.

Keeping myself hydrated
I am on a medication that makes me thirsty, so I drink a lot of water throughout the day. I got a few of these and take one with me to work every day. My office isn't great about keeping the water cooler filled or clean, and I got tired of being the only one who ever filled the water or cleaned the thing, so I started taking water with me to work, but none of the water bottles I had was big enough to get me through the whole day. These hold enough to get me through the work day. They have nice tapered grips on the side, so they're easy to pick up and pour into my water glass. They are super secure, and roll around the floor of my car on the drive in without ever coming open and spilling. The handle is really sturdy and makes them easy to pack around. They have been perfect for my needs.
