The best kid magnesium
One of the best brands that work and is not that expensive, perfect for calm down and good sleep for my boy. The taste is good and the right strength for him, the texture is hard so have to chewing and the content is great. Been buying since 2016

Helps with inducing sleep and calming down my daughter
I was halfway hesitant to get these because some of the reviews said the taste was bad.. Well, I tasted them and they taste like a piece of candy. Not like vitamins at all. Almost like a light fruit punch flavor. They're a slight bit sour when you bite into them but nothing intense. They're totally good! My four year old likes the flavor and she is very picky about stuff. We got these to help with sleeping. That and since mostly everyone is deficient in magnesium we gave these a try. It's been two days. I have truly noticed my daughter is more relaxed after taking them, and she willingly lays down in bed. She fell asleep pretty fast both nights when I gave them. It's almost like they are a light sedative lol. Natural and powerful. I literally watched my daughters eyes close the past two nights when she normally has such trouble getting to sleep. She has still been waking up in the night( due to a current growth spurt) but I noticed how quickly she goes back to sleep since taking these vitamins. I recommend 10/10 all around. Can't wait to see in a week when they're in full splendor:)

They work but taste is only okay
These work wonderfully for constipation and sleep but I have to bribe my kids to take them by offering M and M candy chasers. They’re a super strange sour sweet. My four year old sleeps better than he ever has in his life. It works so much better than melatonin at KEEPING kids asleep instead of just helping him fall asleep. I’ve started taking these, too, for sleep at night and they are AMAZINGLY relaxing and stress relieving.

Helpful for kids with Anxiety
We have used this product for years now. It is life changing for my daughter with anxiety. It is also so so helpful for my other daughter who gets leg cramps at night. I highly recommend this Magnesium for kids!

Response to misleading comments
So like most amazon shoppers I always read reviews and Q&A before buying products. And one of the first one to pop up has a comment about these using a toxic kind of magnesium. SO as suggested by the commenter, I did my research specific to his comment. 1st off we are no stranger to magnesium as my son with ADHD has taken it on and off for years and in different brands and forms and has been discussed with his Drs. Currently he has braces and other mouth appliances and can not chew gummies and he is burned out on the drinks so for us that left chewables. These mag suppliments, main source IS Magnesium is Citrate as shown on their label. Yes they contain magnesium stearate, however it is not the main source of the magnesium. MS is a (as stated in multiple sources) a very common binder in capsules in chewables. The amount used for binding is so small it is not deemed harmful. And when I started clicking through other vitamins and common pills im sure you have in your household already, sure enough magnesium stearate was in the ingredient list on all of them- Even the one that one commenter suggested as a replacement as it "does not contain this toxin." I don't know where they got their information but it is inaccurate. OK, that being said and out of the way, as stated we have used many different brands. My son takes magnesium afterschool when his ADHD meds are wearing off. We have had one that was better than the rest that was a drink but it was really sour and we had to mix it with stuff to get him to drink it everyday. He was good-natured about it but after a while, he was just like please mom can we find something else? So we tried several other but they just didn't seem to do anything (and they were not cheap!) But here we are trying again. This one I went with because it we a chewable but not a gummy. Well he loves them. Says they are like smarties and are easy for him to chew with his appliance. And I can totally see the difference with these. He's calmer and more relaxed. Easier winding down for bed. He also has anxiety so im hoping to see improvement there but these are a keeper. I actually went ahead and ordered their multi vitamin too since there are so few brands that make a multi that is not a gummy.

I noticed an ADHD difference!
**Edit. I’m changing my stars to 2 because after researching more I have discovered 2 safety issues with this and other magnesium products, especially chewables. #1 citrate form of magnesium is NOT good for long term use and can cause iron and copper imbalances. #2 anything with a stearate (magnesium stearate, vegetable stearate or stearic acid) is NOT good for our bodies!* But while taking this the below review still holds true, I’m just going to search for a better magnesium option for my family: Here’s our story. I have 3 kids, ages 10, 8 & 3. I had to take magnesium while pregnant with my youngest because I had A LOT of preterm contractions starting at week 20 and my OB was young and in the know and said it did amazing things for early contractions (which it does cuz I carried my daughter to term!). Upon researching the benefits of magnesium I have kept taking it ever since. My older son (then 9) swallows pills so when he started complaining of leg cramps I decided he could swallow the pills too. An unforeseen and added bonus is he’s diagnosed ADHD and his teachers noticed a HUGE behavioral improvement, so much so that he doesn’t need “special” treatment any longer. And so once I realized his improvement related to magnesium, I went on the hunt for a pill alternative for my then 7 now 8yr old who’s also ADHD and having trouble at school. I found these. After a month he’s doing so much better in class. And now 2 months in he rarely comes home in a bad mood or with consequences because his days are SO much better! And his sleeping has improved immensely! He used to take hours to fall asleep and is now out in 1/2hr or less! AND I don’t know if I’m connecting imaginary dots here or not, but they’ve also started outgrowing their severe food allergies (class 4 egg is now class 2 and class 6 milk is now class 4. Tho I’m going to mention I’ve also always given a multi vitamin and now starting 2months ago a vitamin d3 chewable at the same time as magnesium, since we live in northern Michigan and have long winters) where in previous years without this mineral and still on multivitamins they showed no allergy change. I’ve read that there is a possible link between vitamin D definciency and food allergies and since your body needs magnesium in essence to tell vitamin d and a few others where to go, it would make sense that taking magnesium would help your body with those other issues too. I just wish this company also made a higher dose for older kids who still refuse to swallow pills. But this product works and my oldest and youngest love the taste, but my middle child HATES them. Thankfully even he sees the benefits and stubbornly chews them with as much drama and cringing as he can, but does chew them. Ok phew! Hope this helps someone!

The only thing that helped my child
Wow!!! My 5 year old was constipated for over 2 weeks! I tried multiple things and this was the ONLY thing that made her go poop. I gave her 2 around 12 pm and she went to the bathroom around 11am the next day. She slept great as well.
