Bought this for an unorthodox project. I had a quite expensive Big Ben tobacco pipe that clearly wasn't prepped well before they painted it, not wanting to waste money on a pipe that smoked well I chanced giving this a go on the exterior of the pipe only. Prepped, cleaned and sprayed with 2 solid coats and all I can say is wow, it holds up to pipe smoking heat easily and looks the mutts nuts. Great stuff and easy to apply if you follow the instructions, super chuffed.

I bought two cans of SolaDirect 400 ml White Heat Resistant Paint, to tidy up some tired looking Storage Heaters in the apartment we have just moved into, I was unsure how good it would be but it had a lot of decent reviews, so I took a chance. I'm delighted with the results, I followed the instructions to the letter, lightly abraiding the surface to be painted and removing any dust with "Tack Rags", to achieve the best possible finish. Our hea=ters are now pristine and "modern" looking, rather than drab and scratched. Be warned though, this paint contains high levels of VOC's, I would not attempt to use it without a proper respirator but that aside it is a great product that works well and leaves a great finish. Highly recommended.

Quality seems fine, easy to spray. Docked a point as I really wouldn’t call this red. It’s much more of an orange-brownish colour. Beware if you’re looking for a shiny red finish—this isn’t it.

I purchased this as my Ooni Koda 16 was looking past its best. I gave it a rub with scotchbrite and dusted it off before a quick wipe with brake cleaner. I was not expecting miracles, but hoping for a reasonably good finished product. This product was amazing. It has restored the oven to looking like new and even matches the original colour. The surface finish is excellent. Very pleased indeed.

Bang on colour for Stuv sprays well

Easy to use. I sprayed the metal grid on top of my hob so it is exposed to the gas burners. It covered well using three light coats as per the instructions. It is a good even colour and looks brand new. There a couple of grey marks but is much better than it was. I may give it another coat sometime in the future.

Some products these days you purchase and use, keeping your fingers crossed that it performs just as it says it should and this product does just that easy to apply being a spray. I spayed up my chiminea and I have had several hot burn ups recently and the paint has withstood the intense heat as advertised keeping my chiminea looking good so I can now highly recommend this product.

Sola Direct Covered my BBQ well and really looks sharp now like new. Easy to use glad I got two tins.
