I used it to blend corn soup. It works perfectly. Easy to wash. Simple operation. I tried using the beater to foam up the cream. Maybe I should practice more, I feel like traditional hand mixer works better in this case. But as a hand blender and if you want to make soup with it it’s good 👍🏻

Why would you sell this product in Australia when it doesn't fit Australian power points. REALLY!!!This product leaves a lot to be desired and is very disappointing.

This arrived today and I’ve tried just the stick blender once so far, to blend bananas, kefir, and blueberries, and OH MY GOODNESS. What a revelation.I bought this to replace a Bosch stock blender (not cheap). I bought the Bosch to replace a plastic generic stick blender (quite cheap).The plastic one was disgusting and unhygienic. Due to the way the plastic parts were partially sealed, bits of blended food would get stuck inside the stick and ferment and rot and grow larvae.The Bosch one had a metal shaft and blade which solved the hygiene problem, but stopped working after just 18 months of occasional use (to blend kefir smoothies, which are not exactly heavy duty).So I bought this one on the strength of the review someone left about contacting Tefal the company, and their amazing customer service.After cutting my finger while washing the incredibly sharp blade, and blending one smoothie today, I have realised that the Bosch and previous stick blender were both pathetic. I thought they were blending smoothies but actually the Tefal blends smoothies. The Bosch just kind of mashes and mixes up the ingredients and bit. Not very well, not very evenly, and not very smoothly. It makes me wonder if my Bosch was defective right from the beginning? Recently it became completely ineffective, not even moving any ingredients, but perhaps that was a progression of an already existing problem.Because the smoothie produced by this little blender today took a small fraction of the time that the Bosch took, and it was completely smooth instead of very bitty like previous smoothies made with the same ingredients.So this is what I’ve been missing all my life, without realising!!!!!Haven’t tried the other attachments but if it continues blending smoothies like today’s, then all is well.Absolutely recommend this. Best blender I’ve ever tried!—Update just over 1 year laterI recently used this to make a strawberry smoothie and somehow some of the smoothie managed to get between the sealed base and the glass jug. I can’t see how it got in there and there seems no way of getting it out. It’s smelling slightly unpleasant. I phoned Tefal this morning and spoke to a pleasant gentleman who took the details. I emailed photos and proof of purchase to him and he says he will get back to me this afternoon.I will update progress on this later!A good product is still only as good as the customer service and after sales! We shall see how this is handled….!
