I absolutely LOVE the hOmeLabs 10,000 BTU Low Noise Portable Air Conditioner — 100 to 250 Sq Ft Rooms; We were hit with a "heat dome" twice in 2 months and the temperatures were extreme. This worked so well in my home I purchased a second one for my office. It cools the area quickly and will shut off once the area has reached the temperature you have set. I was able to go to work when others were not due to the heat because of the air conditioner. We are getting ready for fall now and it comes apart easily for storage. We carried them down to the basement until next year. We used the tube connection for continuous drainage, and daily had to check the tube and help work the water out. It is a portable air conditioner so you know when you purchase this you will need to deal with the drainage.

Very cool

First one arrived damaged so I had to get a replacement and new one was sent out and now works fine. Noise level seems a little loud but after using it awhile you adapt to it and the remote is a good feature, gives timer, sleep and fan speed, etc.

I got this for a room for the summer the room is small and I left this on over night and it still dint cool the room of only place that feels some what cool is if u sit right in front of it and when it comes to noise I’m sorry but my normal fan is quieter then this thing

Ok so we bought this for our bedroom and the 1st couple of nights it was great. It then stopped cycling like it should have and got really loud. Before just returning it I reached out to the seller. They reviewed my message and we worked back and forth with troubleshooting. It just didn’t work out it was still very noisy. I let them know I wanted to return it. I found out the hard way it’s not a pre-paid label. So I reached out again as this was going to cost me basically half of what I paid for it to ship it back to them.I have to say Claire their customer service representative was amazing! She was on top of it. They refunded my money and we didn’t have to send it back to them. This means a lot because this wasn’t a cheap purchase! So THIS REVIEW ISN’T FOR THE PRODUCT, it’s for the service we received with the issues we had. Thank you for standing by your product and doing what was right. Thank you again Claire!!

The Mode to switch from cool to dehumidify does not work. The lights for Fan Timer and Sleep mode do not light up. At least it is stuck in Cool mode. It does cool. I had a hell of a time setting up the heat exhaust tube. It was horrible wrestling with it. I have a small casement window and can't use the window fitting. I think I can live w/o it. I can't open the remote control to get the batteries in. Having the remote is crucial. I am working with HomeLabs now as I write this. But I can't help but think it would have been worth the $200 extra and bought from my local Steele's hardware and had them install it (if this is an option) It's a nice looking machine. Maybe this is part 1.

I bought this for the impending NW heatwave that started today. It wasn't supposed to arrive here until next week. Thank goodness it arrived several days earlier than expected!!! It is supposed to get up to 110 degrees on Monday. I am very happy with this air conditioner. It works great, powerful and does everything it's supposed to and easy to set up. I like that it has a flat top so that I can put my lamp on it. Also, the grey color looks nice.

It is quiet, easy to install and easy to operate. My 90 yr old mother is able to use the remote to control it and it is light weight enough for her to move it around. She can hear the tv over it and is VERY happy with it. Have used it for 6 weeks now. Still great!
